Learn to Be a Private Investigator

Instruction and Mentoring from the Veterans

If you’ve always had a desire to become a PI, and you’ve done any research at all, you will find mail-order correspondence courses available everywhere.  Some community colleges offer PI programs.  But ask an investigator what the best way to learn the business is, and they’ll most likely tell you that it’s learning from someone who already is one.  Mark Albertson regularly mentors and coaches novices interested in becoming PI’s. From the initial licensing, to in-depth discussions on all facets of the business, Mark Albertson can come alongside you to bring you the wealth of experience, to teach you the essentials, and to prepare you for licensing exams.

Professional Investigation is an exciting, interesting, and potentially lucrative occupation.  Many people have an interest, but acquiring the skills to become a professional investigator can be difficult.  Most professional investigators are ex-law enforcement professionals, having gained their skills through their law enforcement jobs. Online courses are often lacking in quality information, and there is no instructor to coach you through the process.

Have Your Own Personal Mentor

The skill and knowledge required to become a professional investigator is best learned through mentoring and apprenticeship. Once you've gained the skill and knowledge to become a professional investigator, building a profitable practice requires its own skill set.

A High Quality Program that Will Prepare you to Be a Professional Investigator

One of the benefits of individual study is that you'll have the opportunity to work with Mark to design a course of study which suits you. Areas in which you have greater interest can be emphasized more than others.  The course of study usually includes study in the following topics:

You will be assigned books to read, but they will always be coupled with individual discussion to bring the information to a practical format.

Fees for Mentoring

There is no long term contract, and you can quit your study at any time.  Mark Albertson asks that you be committed to at least 6 months in the program, but payment is on a month-to-month basis.  The fee is $400 per month for the mentoring and instruction.  You will be asked to purchase books (usually available at amazon.com) to read during the course of study, which will be an additional cost to you.  You may also be asked to purchase some equipment (optional) in order to practice some assisgnments. Payment must be made by credit card, and will be charged the first of each month.

A Very Limited Number of Students Are Accepted Each Year

With such a comprehensive and personal program, Mark Albertson can only take a limited number of students.  An application is required, and not all applicants will be accepted.  If you are interested, you can contact Mark at mark@jedeye.com with your questions, and you can request an application to the program.  A $25 nonrefundable application fee is required for consideration.
